Protocol Access & Scope

Welcome to TEPYX, a decentralized neural orchestration marketplace powered by YVAGACORE. By accessing this platform, you interact with an autonomous infrastructure designed to bridge AI agents with Web3 and API services. These terms govern your technical and legal relationship with the protocol.

Third-Party Integrations & OAuth

TEPYX allows users to connect third-party services (e.g., Google Gmail via OAuth). When you authorize these integrations, the protocol only accesses the specific data 'scopes' necessary to execute your defined workflows. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Non-Custodial Data & Wallets

TEPYX operates on a non-custodial basis. You are the sole curator of your private keys, Shard licenses, and OAuth tokens. YVAGACORE never stores your persistent credentials. Tokens obtained via OAuth are used strictly for real-time execution of your agents and are managed according to high-level encryption standards.

Neural Infrastructure Use

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the protocol for malicious exploits, automated spamming via integrated APIs (such as Gmail), sybil attacks on neural shards, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the YVAGACORE compute network.

Marketplace & Shard IP

All original technology, the Synapse Protocol, and branding are the intellectual property of YVAGACORE. However, custom prompts, proprietary logic, and data retrieved via your authorized integrations remain your property, protected by our Zero-Knowledge architecture.

Risk & API Disclaimer

Using decentralized AI and third-party APIs involves inherent risks. YVAGACORE is not responsible for financial slippage, failed agent transactions, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers like Google or Solana network congestion. Services are provided 'as is'.

Operational Autonomy

We reserve the right to restrict access to the web interface for users violating security protocols or API provider terms (e.g., Google Terms of Service). The underlying decentralized logic of TEPYX remains subject to the immutable rules of the blockchain.

All formal inquiries, data deletion requests, or technical support regarding OAuth integrations must be directed exclusively to support@yvagacore.com. This is our sole official channel for legal and administrative communication.
